After conducting a survey of your site and drawing up concept designs, we provide you with an accurate quote for building your home. You’ll know exactly how much each component of the project will cost within a couple of thousand dollars.
Our price certainty also helps clients save on the overall cost of the project thanks to:

➔ One team handling the pricing, designing, construction, and installation.
➔ Maximizing the life period of your home through sustainable design and quality materials.
➔ Minimal environmental pollution during construction.
➔ Heavily reduced construction time.
➔ Fixed-price contracts.
Pricing Structure
All our designs are custom built for our clients based on their budget, site, and requirements.
You can bring your own design and we'll give you a ballpark estimate to bring it to life. Or you can choose to work with our team to collaboratively design the home of your dreams from scratch.
The final cost of constructing your home depends on the size, the complexity of the design, and the design and level of finishes. It's fair to say the cost of a modular home can be difficult to ascertain. So we recommend you reach out to our team and tell us exactly what you want and we’ll give you a ballpark estimate specific to your site and design requirements.
Typically, for a residential home our prices work out to be around $3000-$3500 per m2 - that is all the way from design to handing you the keys.
This price can go up or down depending on the project. A property development project with 6-townhouses will have a lower m2 rate than a single residential home.
A Modular extension will typically have a slightly higher m2 rate because the size of the build is a lot less.
It is very much case by case.
